Romania Greenest Buildings 2014

 

NAI Romania together with Romania Green Building Council has launched the catalogue "Romania Greenest Buildings" 2014 at RoGBC Awards Gala. NAI Romania impreuna cu Romanian Green Building Council a lansat catalogul "Cele mai verzi cladiri din Romania" 2014 in cadrul Galei de Decernare a Premiilor RoGBC.

In cadrul Galei de decernare a premiilor RoGBC (Romanian Green Building Council) organizata la Facultatea de Inginerie a Instalatiilor din cadrul Universitatii Tehnice de Constructii din Bucuresti,  NAI Romania a lansat "Lista Celor mai Verzi cladiri din Romania, editia 2014. Studiul a fost publicat pentru prima data in anul 2013 la initiativa RoGBC (Consiliul Roman de Cladiri Verzi) fiind un proiect pilot de cercetare care a rezultat in inventarierea cladirilor eficiente energetic din intreaga tara. Studiile de caz fiind publicate si pe  construction21.eu, platforma europeana dedicata tuturor profesionistilor din industria sustenabilitatii.

Dat fiind succesul inregistrat inca de la lansarea din 2013, NAI Romania impreuna cu RoGBC au continuat inventarierea proiectelor eficiente energetic, crescand astfel atat numarul proiectelor cat si rigurozitatea criteriilor de selectie.  Astfel, in mai 2014, pe teritoriul Romaniei sa regasesc mai mult de 100 de proiecte eficiente energetic din care peste 40 sunt certificate international (Leed, Breeam, DGNB s.a), totalizand astfel 2,4 mil mp de spatii verzi. Proiecte verzi dintre care amintim: Floreasca Park, Liberty Tehnology Park, Edenia Titan, Green Gate, Green Court, The Ofice, Afi Palace Ploiesti, AFI Park, Lake View, Hermes Business Campus, BOC si BOB Tower, City Offices, Euro Tower, Iulius Mall Suceava, Platinum and Convention Center-Willbrook, Olimpia Business Center, Bucharest Tower Center, Iulius Mall, Sigma Shopping Center, Sky Tower, Floreasca Business Park, Petrom City, si altele. Printre cei mai noi dezvoltatori care au alocat resurse in certificarea cladirilor si care aloca o importanta crescuta in sustenabilitatea cladirilor se numara Ioannis Papalekas, Iulius Mall, Skanska,NEPI, Cora, precum si altii.

Within the RoGBC Awards Gala held at Engineering Instalations Faculty, Technical University of Construction, NAI Romania has launched the list of "Romania Greenest Buildings”, 2014 edition. The study was initially launched in 2013 at the initiative of RoGBC (Romanian Green Building Council) as a pilot research project that resulted in an inventory of energy efficient buildings across the country. The case studies are published  also on construction21.eu, an European platform dedicated to all professionals in the green-sustainability industry.

Considering the success since its launch in 2013, RoGBC and NAI Romania have partenered together continuing to inventory the most energy efficient projects across Romania, increasing both the number of projects and rigor of the selection criteria.

According to the research conducted, in May 2014, Romania’s inventory totalizes more than 100 energy efficient projects, including  40 projects which are internationally certified (LEED, BREEAM, DGNB etc.), thus totaling 2.4 million square meters of green areas. Out of which: Floreasca Park, Liberty Technology Park, Edenia Titan, Green Gate, Green Court, The Ofice, Afi Palace Ploiesti, AFI Park, Lake View, Hermes Business Campus, BOC and BOC Tower, City Offices, Euro Tower, Iulius Mall Suceava, Willbrook Platinum and Convention Center, Olympia Business Center, Bucharest Tower Center, Iulius Mall, Sigma Shopping Center, Sky Tower, Floreasca Business Park, Petrom City, and others. 

Amongst the new developers that have allocated resources in sustainability of the buildings includes Ioannis Papalekas, Iulius Mall, Skanska, NEPI, Cora and others.
